The OCC is the largest clearing organization in the world and is owned equally by the American Stock Exchange (AMEX), Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE), International Securities Exchange (ISE), Pacific Exchange, and the Philadelphia Stock Exchange (PHLX).
